New Features

  • Important updates have been brought to our Shopify App 🛍 💵
    Over the past 6 months, we’ve grown 78% in terms of Shopify customers, which is amazing! We’ve also gathered tons of positive feedback to improve our integration. As part of this effort, we’ve added more synchronized information. Available from Crisp Inbox, you can now see: order’s shipping address, customer contact information (such as phone number for example), and tracking URLs. You can even copy these data to add them to your conversations in a wink.

  • Duplicate an existing Shopify order from your Crisp Inbox 🧢
    To help our e-commerce customers to strive in the wild world of customer experience, we added the ability to duplicate customer order right from the Crisp sidebar. From now on, when you want to duplicate an existing order for whatever reasons: gift, return, …you can do it all from Crisp!

  • WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API is now available to anyone using our WhatsApp Business Integration 💬
    For the last few months, we have been beta testing WhatsApp Business APIs and we’re now super proud to announce it has been released publicly. You can now leverage the power of WhatsApp Business API and combine it with all the features and API available through our platform. Possibilities are endless!

  • Trigger custom manual actions from your Crisp Inbox
    Thanks to the QuickActions plugin, built by a 3rd party developer, you can now craft a handful list of manual tasks, right from Crisp. This plugin is pretty useful because it allows you to start workflows manually, helping your company to be more productive on things where Crisp falls down. Think about the ability to push conversations’ data (name, email, messages, …) to a webhook, which then can be connected to Zapier and access 2000+ apps.

Bug fixes & improvements 💪🏼

  • Helpdesk: We now support Faroese language 🇫🇴
  • Telegram: Conversations’ locale is now set based on the user language.
  • Telegram: Name will not be synced if another name was previously set, preventing it to be overwritten by other means.
  • Billing: Payment cards are now auto updated to the new card your bank provides to you (only if the bank supports this, mostly in the US for now)
  • Infrastructure: Most servers and global infrastructures have been updated and hardened recently.
